Jens Verhofstadt obtained a Master’s degree in Business Economics, specialization in Accountancy at Ghent University. He then started as a PhD student, with his research situated within the New Approach to Accounting Education (NABO). This project, supported by Samen Impact vzw, aims to teach secondary school students the basic principles of accounting in an intuitive and efficient way.
