On 28 October 2025, Elke Minnaert and Evelien Opdecawill present at the EAA Education Event on the Warmer Welcome Project.

The project provides first-year students with a gamified introduction to university life, enhancing academic confidence, satisfaction, and overall well-being. The presentation highlights the program’s design, student experiences, and research findings from over 2,000 participants. The session will be chaired by Patricia Everaert.
