Fien Rubben obtained her MSc in Business Economics at Ghent University in July 2023. She joined the department of Accounting, Corporate Finance and Taxation in September 2023 as a PhD student and teaching assistant. Her research focuses on team creativity, faultlines and management control. She also provides teaching assistance at the department in the fields of management accounting & control and accounting education.
